Vanthay Hong is a Khmer American immigrant, storyteller, writer, photographer, digital artist and philanthropist. His work focuses on stories of personal identity, heritage and observations of social injustice and racial inequity in the United States of America and around the world.
Portion of the proceeds from his work will be donated to Spam FC Scholarship Foundation, a nonprofit that he and his childhood friends co-founded in 2014, with a mission to help students access higher education. Since inception, they’ve donated more than $130,000 to more than 100 students via their college scholarship program.

Vanthay (Cambodian) has published three children’s books with stories focusing on the representation of Black, Brown and immigrant children of color.

Vanthay published a commissioned digital portrait collection called “We Play, We Belong” highlighting Black, Brown and immigrant young women of color in high school athletics.

Vanthay is diving into the web3 space by exploring opportunities to create and publish digital assets on the Cardano blockchain with collections of 1:1 paintings, photography and audiobooks.
